The house is located in Villanova which is the port of Ostuni from which it is 6 km away, and is located exactly in the center of the 17 km of the Marina di Ostuni. The village of Villanova is equipped with all services: a few meters from Casetta Mare there are restaurants, bars and clubs, bakeries with typical Apulian products, supermarkets, fishmongers, greengrocers, ATMs, pharmacies and all the services that a tourist port can offer from boat trips to a real sailing school. Villanova, the ancient Petrolla still retains the fortress castle of the fourteenth century and a nineteenth-century church. Finally, Villanova is located in a strategic position, close to the s.s. 379 from which to reach the main tourist locations of Puglia.
